We will not say goodbye dear friend for you will always be with us.

How did Dan Fallon find his way to Soaring Heights! Twenty years ago he came from a world rich in the study of classical music. He had so many qualities that made us an ideal team as we struggled together with other staff members to build Soaring Heights Charter School into the school it is today. He found his way here from academia and for this I will be forever grateful. This gentle man and I always found time to laugh especially when times were difficult. So much about Soaring Heights Charter School was and still is unique, as was Dan.

He recognized immediately how valuable our shared leadership and direct communication, integral tools embedded in our climate, were. Dan never wavered in his support for me and these tools. This gentle scholar from a world of music took to our work with seemingly such ease. Over time my relationship with Dan grew into a safe haven built with time and ever growing respect. Dan leaves the world of Soaring Heights richer for all he has given to it and to me.
